Matthew T. LaMothe

Attorney LaMothe has successfully represented individuals, classes of individuals and classes of businesses in numerous consumer protection, privacy, housing, insurance and employment actions.  He has handled several appeals and has argued before the Appellate Division of the District Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Matt has successfully represented medical providers in thousands of PIP claims in Massachusetts. He has secured favorable jury and bench trial verdicts in many of the cases he handled. Matt also secured pivitol Massachusetts Appellate Division and Appeals Court decisions regarding PIP benefits that have significantly increased the ability of medical providers to collect unpaid PIP benenfits.

Matt was born in Boston, MA and went to St. John's Prep in Danvers, MA. He lives with his family of five in Salem, MA.
